Managed, Coordinated, and led all product infrastructure deliverables, including lifecycle, process, growth and contract agreement budgets and cost models for Telstra’s retail hosting and managed services backup, storage & disaster recover products.
Responsible for business and technical product development, process & enhancements for Managed Storage, Managed Backup(TBR), PC Backup (Wholesale & Retail), and collaboratively engaging projects and workgroups within Telstra for end-to-end management.
Responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements, then turning these into functional /system/technical requirements for the Telstra Storage, Backup and DR products.
Ensured Telstra products complied with internal and external governance and policy.
Oversaw three projects, including migrating CSB clients to TBR for Telstra Hosting, Big pond Warm DR implementation, and upgrade of Tape Library System for Hosting, exceeding expectations on each project within timeframes.
Selected for the role of Systems Integrator, responsible for the technical lead and system integration for the entire Telstra Shared backup project, including Veritas, Sun, Cisco, IBM, Storage Tek, EMC, and TMS.
